Use of the Platform
PayMoney publishes a design for a peer-to-peer crypto-fiat settlement protocol and this website describing it. No settlement service is currently operating. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Accounts and keys
There are no platform accounts and no credentials we hold. Authority over value is knowledge of a key you generate and keep; anything done with that key is done by whoever holds it. We cannot reset, recover or freeze it, and no support process exists that could — which is a property of the design, not a limitation of our support.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction) to use PayMoney.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for fraud, illegal activity, or money laundering
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with platform security or functionality
Transactions
Settlement is designed to be verified cryptographically rather than reviewed by us; we operate no identity-verification or transaction-monitoring programme. You are responsible for ensuring transaction details are correct, and for your own tax and regulatory obligations. Fiat transfers are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed.
Intellectual Property
All content, systems, and branding on PayMoney remain the property of PayMoney. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute without permission.
Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, performance, or policies.
Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayMoney is not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or damages arising from use of the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in suspicious or harmful activity.
