Freelancer Payouts in Poland
The reconciliation tax
A company paying contractors in stablecoin ends the month with two records that do not line up: what the wallet sent, and what each contractor's bank actually received. Somebody reconciles that by hand, and every mismatch becomes an email thread instead of a payment.
What escrow and proofs replace
Each payout runs as its own trade: the amount is locked in escrow at the agreed terms, the fiat leg settles over the contractor's normal banking rail, and the transfer is confirmed by a TLS Notary proof rather than a forwarded receipt. Verification and release are the same event, so there is no window in which a payment is "sent but unconfirmed".
That removes the reconciliation step rather than speeding it up — the proof is the record, and it is produced without either side handing over bank statements.
